Our organization attaches great importance to social entrepreneurship and servant-leadership. To put these concepts into practice, it was decided to take part in the Investors in People (IIP) programme, which is managed by the Investors In People Nederland Foundation.
The Investors in People Standard is the framework that helps organizations to initiate and maintain the process of continuous improvement. Planning, Execution and Evaluation are the three basic principles. Given their directional character, these three principles are an excellent point of reference during the development process of the organization and its people.
