The Voerman philosophy is based on the principle of 'servant-leadership'. This is a leadership model in which a leader is most effective when he or she is serving others – that is, employees, customers, work and living environments and, in this instance, the Voerman Group. The Voerman Group provides a complete package of services for national and international removals, relocation and facility services. Oriented globally, the organization is run from its head office in The Hague, and it also has branches at other locations in the Netherlands and in Eastern Europe – branches that have a very strong presence on their local markets.
